Also, neck which short thick tends resist fracture therefore majority un-displaced type. purpose present case series demonstrate conservative effective treatment modality pediatric mandibular with cap splints, limited discomfort morbidity while taking care anatomical, physiological, psychological complexity developing jaw children.
